Classic boilers BTS 80, 140, 300, 600 kW, etc.
The BTS boiler is a prefabricated welded structure consisting of a housing with a combustion chamber (furnace) and a convection part assembled from pipes. The boiler body is made of carbon steel in the form of a parallelepiped with double walls, which are separated by water partitions.
The convection part is formed by two rows of heat pipes located in the water space directly above the furnace.
Fuel for combustion is loaded into the furnace through the loading doors and placed on a grate assembled from steel pipes, which is washed with water.
